Children & Community Health Center of McKinney provides basic healthcare services to individuals living in McKinney and northern Collin County (including Allen and Frisco). Patients receive basic healthcare, some medications, lab work and some x-rays at no charge. CHILDREN are seen Tuesday evenings at 5:15. No appointment is necessary, but children must be registered (see below) or parent must bring registration documentation WITH THEM AT THE TIME THE CHILD IS SEEN. Parents may also call weekdays (except Wednesday) between 9:00 and 11:30 AM for a daytime appointment at 972-547-0606.

ADULTS are seen by appointment only. Adult clinics are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday evenings, Thursdays and Fridays. Please note that there is a waiting list for new patients. Again, please call 972-547-0606.

WOMEN’S WELLNESS CLINICs are offered by referral from one of our regular clinics only.

In order to receive treatment at CCHC, patients must:

1. Live within our service area. Reception Window
2. Fall within the household income guidelines set forth by the clinic.
3. Have no other support for healthcare provision (i.e. no insurance, Medicare or Medicade, or ability to qualify for other healthcare programs).

Documentation needed to support the qualifications listed above include:

1. Current photo ID with current address.
2. Copy of utility, rent or mortgage statement, or current auto insurance documents.
3. Two months of check stubs, a bank statement indicating paycheck deposits, plus alimony, child support, court orders, Social Security, pension, etc. for the entire household (please note that this documentation is required for your ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD, not just the patient being seen).
